In the Netherlands it is quite common to partner with a specialised recruitment agency like us. Contract options:
Secondment is commonly used e.g. for projects or replacement during maternity leave or long term illness, offering security for a certain period of time. Secondment means that you have a contract with us, but are actually working within our client's organisation. We are are your formal employer and pay your salary. DetaVast is a combination between recruitment and secondment where you'll be working under the same conditions as if you were working directly for our client and our client has the intention to offer you a direct labour contract at the end of the secondment period.
Work permits EU-citizens
People from other EU countries, except for Bulgaria and Romania, do not need a work - or residence permit to work in the Netherlands. You do need to register yourself with the municipality where you live in order to apply for the obligatory health insurance. To register with the municipality you need your passport and certain documents so make sure to inform in advance.
