Rates – Our rates are competitive and for an exclusive search we are happy to agree on a discounted fee.
Involvement – We are confident that we can find the best technical specialist for your organisation. In the event that the employment of a candidate is terminated within 10 weeks from the starting date we will offer a refund at a rate of 10% per week.
Candidates – We insist on meeting all our candidates face-to-face to strengthen the foundation for a further successful cooperation.
Double effort - 2 consultants working together to fill each role - double the effort on our behalf and half the time to fill the vacancy.
Second opinion – On request we can do a reference check and/or organize an assessment.
