Contribute to the full engineering lifecycle of FPSO projects, from concept and basic design to detailed design and operational support
Perform hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, and structural analyses in line with project requirements
Ensure compliance with client specifications and classification society standards
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary engineering team
Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders, including clients, site teams, certifying bodies, and subcontractors
Provide timely responses to technical queries throughout the project lifecycle
Be open to occasional travel to shipyards or international project locations as needed
We’re seeking someone with a solid analytical foundation and a proactive mindset—someone who’s eager to grow, take ownership of their work, and contribute to high-impact projects. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture or Offshore Engineering
1–5 years of relevant industry experience in offshore or marine engineering
Knowledge or hands-on experience in hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, finite element, and fatigue analyses
Familiarity with programming tools such as VBA, MATLAB, or Python
A strong grasp of international design codes and Class regulations
The ability to manage your own workload and work independently
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
