In this position, you act as the discipline authority for Instrumentation & Control within large-scale offshore projects. You are responsible for ensuring that engineering solutions are technically sound, cost-efficient, and aligned with project goals and regulatory standards.

Aufgaben

  • Leading and overseeing the full Instrumentation & Control (ICSS) engineering scope

  • Ensuring compliance with international standards, contractual requirements, and internal procedures

  • Managing discipline planning, budget control, and resource allocation

  • Coordinating technical interfaces with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies

  • Supervising package engineering and supporting site activities when required

Anforderungen

  • Engineering degree (Diploma or equivalent) in a relevant discipline

  • 10–15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry

  • Strong expertise in ICSS and Instrumentation systems

  • Proven experience in detailed engineering and system integration

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams

  • Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills
