We are looking for a Manager Hardware Engineering to lead a team dedicated to designing complex electrical systems for a wide range of maritime vessels. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality engineering output, and drive innovation and efficiency within the department. You will play a vital role in aligning technical execution with strategic objectives in a dynamic shipbuilding environment, steering both people and technology toward excellence.

Aufgaben

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of electrical hardware engineers.
  • Monitor the progress and quality of engineering projects.
  • Set priorities and streamline daily operations within the department.
  • Collaborate on the development of efficient workflows and methodologies.
  • Align strategic and operational decisions with Project Management, Supply Chain, and management teams.
  • Take charge of international planning and capacity management.
  • Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and high technical standards.

Anforderungen

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Engineering
  • Significant leadership experience in a technical environment, ideally within the maritime industry.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime electrical installations and related regulations (e.g., Bureau Veritas, Lloyds, CCS).
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and SEE Electrical or E-Plan.
  • Result-oriented, decisive, and flexible mindset.
