Mechanical Technical Inspector

Coordinate and supervise the maintenance and repair activities for designated vessels in close cooperation with the Technical Superintendents.

Ensure compliance with internal management systems as well as all relevant regulations from flag states, classification societies, IMO, and other authorities.

Drive and support continuous improvement efforts within the technical organization.

Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, classification agencies, and other external parties when needed.

Maintain accurate technical records, documentation, and operational history of vessels and equipment.

Identify opportunities for implementing new sustainable technologies and prepare supporting investment proposals.

Take responsibility for the daily technical operations and performance of assigned assets.

Manage technical projects from planning to execution, including budget monitoring and reporting.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in offshore, dredging, construction, or shipbuilding industries.

Solid understanding of classification society standards, IMO regulations, and other applicable rules.

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 20% of the time.
