Aufgaben

As an Operational Planner, you are the central interface between Production, Project Management, and Group Management. You ensure that schedules, budgets, resources, and capacities are aligned to support smooth execution across multiple yards and project phases. This role is ideal for a structured, proactive planner who communicates confidently across technical and commercial teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the main coordination hub between production, project management, and group management.
  • Plan and maintain production budgets, including preparing and presenting updates to project and group managers.
  • Create, review, and defend production schedules, coordinate timelines internally and externally.
  • Plan orders and serve as the technical point of contact for schedules, resources, and capacity planning.
  • Develop construction and installation strategies together with construction methodology teams (e.g., HVAC installations).
  • Support cross-yard schedule and resource planning to ensure smooth multi-site execution.
  • Prepare clear production reports for project management and leadership.

Anforderungen

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience. Further qualification as master craftsman/foreman or technician.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a comparable field is desirable.
  • Experience in production planning, operational scheduling, or project control.
  • Confident user of MS Office and common planning tools/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and confidence working in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured and reliable working style.
  • Fluent in German

Konditionen

  • Competitive salary, €4.000 - €4.500,- per month, depending on experience and role
