Aufgaben
- Oversee all aspects of project execution including quality, cost, planning, margin, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company project management procedures.
- Maintain a strong and trusted relationship with the client.
- Monitor project progress and adapt strategies as needed.
Anforderungen
- At least 4 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the yachting industry.
- Master’s degree
- Background in engineering preferably mechanical engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused, organized, and methodical.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams under pressure.
- Passion for yachting and sustainability.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
