Offshore Engineering As a Senior Piping Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering piping engineering solutions for FPSOs and other offshore production systems. You will translate early-phase concepts into executable strategies, guiding projects from Pre-FEED through to detailed engineering and construction. This role is for engineers who thrive on ownership and challenge: making sound technical decisions with limited data, steering design direction, and ensuring piping systems are practical, efficient, and ready for real-world offshore execution. Working across disciplines and with international teams, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions on a global scale.
Lead piping engineering activities across project phases, from Pre-FEED and Concept through to EPC delivery for FPSOs.
Define piping design strategies and provide technical direction.
Identify key design drivers, risks, and priorities to ensure efficient use of engineering effort during Concept and Pre-FEED.
Oversee and review detailed engineering deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and readiness for construction.
Support and steer module layout and detailing activities for offshore topsides, ensuring constructability and integration.
Interface with multidisciplinary teams (Process, Mechanical, Structural, E&I, Layout) to ensure aligned and optimized engineering solutions.
Specify and technically evaluate piping systems, materials, and components, balancing performance, operability, and cost.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and HSSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical support to vendors, fabrication yards, and construction teams, including resolution of engineering queries.
Anforderungen
Strong piping engineering experience in offshore oil & gas projects, preferably with FPSOs.
Experience in both Pre-FEED/Concept and EPC phases (delivering detailed engineering for construction).
Ability to balance technical, commercial, and schedule priorities in a project environment.
Proficiency with E3D and AVEVA Engineering.
Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and offshore codes/standards.
Experience with module design, fabrication, and construction support.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary and international teams.

Competitive salary based on experience, up to €90,000 gross per year.
