Senior Planning Engineer

As a Senior Planning Engineer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure efficient execution and delivery.

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define timelines and milestones
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare progress reports, including schedule updates and performance metrics
• Conduct trend analysis and forecasting to support project decision-making
• Lead planning meetings and ensure alignment between stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures
• Mentor junior Planning Engineers and support their professional development

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, preferably within the oil & gas or offshore sector
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 (preferred) or MS Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
