Offshore Engineering As a Senior Safety & Loss Prevention (SLP) Engineer, your role is to design and develop engineering solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability. You will contribute directly to project success and support the organization’s long-term strategic objectives within complex offshore developments.
Define and apply appropriate engineering methods, procedures, and design optimizations
Ensure compliance with international standards, industry regulations, and project specifications
Plan and deliver engineering activities within agreed timelines and budgets
Guarantee proper integration and alignment of system interfaces
Ensure all deliverables meet contractual and internal requirements
Apply lessons learned and assess impact of design changes across systems
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders
Take technical responsibility as Package Engineer for design, procurement, and manufacturing
Lead engineers within your assigned scope of work
Act as Discipline Lead when required
Anforderungen
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (HBO/WO equivalent)
5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas
Strong knowledge of engineering design tools and calculations
Experience with concept and detailed design
Understanding of systems engineering and package engineering
Familiarity with subcontracting and site engineering activities
Strong analytical and planning skills
