Earn up to €1.500 by referring a fellow maritime engineer

You’re having coffee with an old colleague or someone you know and the conversation drifts from old projects to future plans. They mention they’re open to something new, maybe even abroad. Middle Point comes to mind, and you suggest they check it out.

That simple tip? It could be worth €1.500.

How the referral program works

Middle Point connects ambitious engineers with high impact projects in yacht building, shipbuilding and offshore, in both the Netherlands and Germany. We often know what’s coming before roles are published or project scopes are final: top talent will be needed!

Some engineers are ready for a new challenge, maybe even in a new country. That’s where Middle Point plays a key role. We connect the right professionals to the right opportunities, often at just the right time. It’s a win for the engineer, a win for the company, and sometimes even the start of a life changing move abroad.

That’s why your network matters, and why we reward you when you help us make the right match.

Through our referral program, you can earn up to €1.500 for every successful engineer you introduce.

Join in just 5 steps

Step 1: Know someone who fits the profile?

We’re looking for engineers in yacht building, shipbuilding or offshore who:

  • Hold an EU or EER nationality or valid work status
  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Bring mid- to senior-level experience
  • Are ambitious, collaborative and technically strong

Step 2: Talk to them about Middle Point

Let them know about the opportunities. They don’t need to be actively looking, just open to something new.

Step 3: Let them apply

They apply through our website, via LinkedIn or directly to one of our Consultants. They must mention your name and details during their application.

Step 4: We do the matchmaking

If they’re hired on a 12-month contract and stay for 3 months, your referral is considered successful, even if they’re placed up to 6 months after applying.

Step 5: You receive your reward

  • €750 on their first working day
  • €750 after 3 months

Good to know: wherever you live, you’ll receive the equivalent in your local currency. And there’s no limit to how many people you can refer.

Be the link that changes a career or even a life

One conversation can open doors. Your recommendation could help someone take a bold step and reward you in return. That’s the power of connection.
