Structural Design Coordinator

In this role, you will be part of the structural ship design team, supporting the creation of complex engineering solutions for cruise vessels.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating technical drawings in accordance with shipyard standards, including complex workshop drawings

• Handling advanced design tasks using CATIA

• Coordinating technical solutions with internal departments and external clients and suppliers

• Acting as the communication and reporting interface between the project and external design partners

• Supervising and supporting external design contractors

• Performing model and drawing quality checks

• Developing, refining, and implementing change management processes in the TSS department

• Mentoring trainees and interns

• Completed degree as a certified technician or similar

• Solid experience with CATIA and CAD systems

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• High level of flexibility, initiative, and resilience
