Hardware Engineer – Maritime Power Systems

As a Hardware Engineer, you will serve as the electrical design specialist within multidisciplinary project teams. Your main focus will be the realization of high-end electrical systems for power generation, storage, and distribution, often using advanced hybrid technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical designs that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-efficient solutions within defined budgets and timelines.
• Identify and manage scope deviations during the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables, ensuring alignment with agreed planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of experience in a Hardware Engineer role.
• Strong understanding of marine electrical systems.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch or German is a plus.
