Develop, implement and optimise ILS processes across acquisition, integration and sustainment phases.
Conduct LSA activities including FMECA, RCM, LORA, MTA, MTBF analysis and BOM evaluation.
Prepare and update maintenance concepts, configuration baselines and technical logistics documentation.
Analyse system behaviour, failure modes, spares demand and lifecycle cost drivers.
Maintain and validate technical data in ERP or maintenance systems such as SAP, IDEF or related toolsets.
Review OEM documentation and supplier data packages for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Contribute to design reviews to ensure supportability is integrated from concept to delivery.
Consultancy and Process Development
Advise defence, naval and OEM clients on ILS strategy, methodology and S-Series adoption.
Develop ILS plans, supportability requirements, PID and PvE inputs, and related acquisition documentation.
Improve methodologies for maintenance engineering, configuration control and digital ILS tooling.
Support tender evaluations by assessing logistical feasibility, RAMT implications and lifecycle risks.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, system integration and asset management teams to achieve aligned lifecycle outcomes.
HBO or WO degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
A minimum of five years of experience in ILS, support engineering, maintenance engineering or lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of RCM, FMECA, LORA, LSA and reliability or maintainability analyses.
Experience with ILS documentation standards including S-Series (S3000L, S2000M, S1000D).
Experience with maintenance or configuration management systems such as SAP, IDEF or similar platforms.
Proven ability to interpret technical documentation, supplier data and system specifications.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Analytical, structured and able to translate complex technical data into practical support strategies.
Salary range from 4500 to 7000 euros per month, depending on expertise and scope of experience.
