Tasks

This is your chance to contribute to some of the most prestigious yacht projects in the world, pushing the boundaries of innovation, craftsmanship, and performance.

In this role, you’ll be part of a passionate engineering team responsible for the technical realization of luxury superyachts. From 3D modelling to full-scale engineering documentation, you will ensure technical solutions meet the highest standards of quality, manufacturability, and compliance.

Duties:

  • Create and refine 3D models, detailed engineering designs, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with Class and Flag regulations, as well as internal project specifications.
  • Conduct technical assessments to guarantee manufacturability and feasibility.
  • Identify and solve technical bottlenecks, providing solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, production teams, and project leads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Naval Engineering, Maritime Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of engineering experience in the shipbuilding industry.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD 3D; experience with Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or Cadmatic is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of shipbuilding production processes and construction techniques.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • You are naturally accurate, detail-oriented, and strive for top-level quality and efficiency.
