Mechanical EquipmentLead the detail design within the machinery discipline, ensuring compliance with class, flag, and yacht refit requirements.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors during the engineering phase, including review and approval of design documentation.
Manage interfaces between internal disciplines (Hull, Outfitting, Electrical) and subcontractor deliverables.
Support procurement by providing technical evaluations and following up on supplier documentation.
Provide technical guidance during production, FAT attendance, and clarifications.
Potential to extend into the outfitting stage after the detail design phase, ensuring continuity into later project stages.
Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in yacht refits or shipbuilding projects.
Strong background in machinery systems and large-yacht refits.
Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multi-discipline interfaces.
Familiarity with class and flag approval processes.
Strong communication skills in English; French language skills are an advantage.
