Tasks
- Leading project teams and managing one or more (international) projects based on scope.
- Drawing up working estimates and setting target budgets for the team.
- Drafting and managing change orders, both additions and reductions.
- Creating project forecasts and presenting them to management with clear justification.
- Monitoring scope, budget, and timeline of the project.
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the project.
- Following internal procedures and guidelines, while spotting and acting on opportunities to improve processes and systems.
Job requirements
- MBO+ or HBO degree in electrical engineering
- Several years of relevant work experience, within shipbuilding
- Team player with a strategic overview and goal-oriented approach.
- You have a commercial mindset and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in English.

- Salary depending on experience and knowledge.
