From initial request to final proposal, you’ll translate technical requirements into precise, competitive offers. Your work directly impacts major offshore and maritime projects. By collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and procurement teams, Then gathering key inputs and defining the cost structure of high-end electrical solutions. Every quotation you build helps bring the next big project to life.

Tasks

  • Define cost prices for maritime electrical and automation systems

  • Prepare and compile client-specific technical quotations

  • Gather technical and commercial input from multiple departments

  • Translate customer demands into workable, costed solutions

  • Support sales processes by delivering accurate, on-time proposals

  • Ensure all quotations align with internal standards and client expectations

Job requirements

  • MBO Niveau 4 or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Maritime Technology, or a related field

  • Experience in a technical-commercial role, ideally within the maritime or offshore industry

  • Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications, single-line diagrams, and client tender documents

  • Strong skills in cost estimation, proposal building, and compiling quotation documentation

  • Excellent communication skills in English; able to translate technical input into clear, client-facing language

  • Structured and analytical mindset with a high attention to technical and commercial detail

  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines during bid phases

  • Proactive team player with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to Technical Sales
