Serve as the main point of contact for new build and refit clients.
Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Yachting business unit.
Build strong relationships with shipyards, crews, and owners’ representatives.
Identify new market opportunities and lead strategic sales initiatives.
Represent the company at yacht industry events, trade fairs, and networking platforms.
Translate Vision into Technical Solutions
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and purchasing teams to translate client requirements into detailed proposals.
Prepare technical specifications, preliminary designs, and budgets that meet customer expectations.
Ensure seamless handover from sales to project execution teams.
Drive process improvement and standardization across quotation tools and workflows.
Build Market Presence & Partnership
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to strengthen strategic positioning.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing between technical and commercial teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
Several years of experience in maritime system integration or installation engineering (yachtbuilding experience preferred).
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical concepts and proposals.
Structured, assertive, and analytical working style.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Possession of a Category B driver’s license.
Salary range: €5,500 – €7,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
