Tasks
In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of FPSO projects from concept to operation. Your expertise will shape safe, cost-efficient, and technically robust systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality engineering and design output aligned with project timelines and safety standards.
- Collaborating with other disciplines to manage interfaces and perform interdisciplinary reviews.
- Acting as lead engineer or package engineer for electrical systems and packages.
- Reporting technical risks and project concerns to the project lead.
- Supporting all project phases including yard support and operational follow-up.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Industrial Automation.
- 8+ years of experience in E&I engineering in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficient in technical software for calculations, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Willing and able to travel internationally (e.g., to construction sites).
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of High Voltage systems.
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal and/or Python is an advantage.
