Tasks

As a Senior Engineer, you will design and engineer high-standard solutions that meet both project-specific and industry requirements. You will take the lead in various engineering phases, from design to vendor coordination, while ensuring compliance and interface alignment.

Tasks include:

  • Selecting appropriate methods, procedures, and optimizing designs within specified parameters.
  • Managing planning and delivery of work scope within the agreed budget and timeline.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and internal engineering standards.
  • Applying lessons learned and assessing change impacts across project system boundaries.
  • Coordinating technical aspects with subcontractors, vendors, and third parties.
  • Taking technical ownership as a Package Engineer when assigned.
  • Leading a team of engineers on assigned scopes.
  • Possibly acting as Discipline Lead for selected work packages.

Job requirements

  • Engineering diploma in a relevant discipline
  • 5–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proficient in engineering design and calculation tools.
  • Skilled in concept development and detailed design.
  • Experience with systems engineering and package engineering.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, reliability, operability, and safety principles.
  • Familiarity with site engineering and electrical systems.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and third parties.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
