Tasks

You will be the guiding force behind customer satisfaction, handling and coordinating service and warranty assignments in the Dredging, Offshore & Transport and Marine & Governmental segments. While primarily based in the office, you occasionally visit customers on-site to oversee operations.

Tasks

  • Coordinate and oversee service and warranty work in close collaboration with customers.
  • Provide functional guidance to customer teams to optimize their experience.
  • Ensure seamless processes for service and warranty work after ship delivery.
  • Advise stakeholders to maintain high project quality.
  • Prepare progress, work, and forecast reports for assigned projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Job requirements

  • Relevant degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Technical knowledge of ship electrical systems is an advantage.
  • Commercial, communicative, and organizational skills.
  • Solution-oriented and stress-resistant.
  • Experience in a customer-facing service role, preferably within the maritime sector.

Conditions

  • A salary between €3,400 and €5,000 for full-time, plus overtime compensation.
