Technical Project Manager – Engineering Leadership in Maritime Innovation

As the central point of technical coordination, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. From first contact to commissioning, you are the driver of alignment between customer expectations and technical execution.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring engineering teams to optimize project efficiency.
• Acting as a technical liaison between customers, production teams, supply chain, and certifying authorities.
• Defining and managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Organizing FATs and HATs, and regularly visiting client sites.
• Drafting system requirements, technical documentation, and progress reports.
• Advising stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and managing project deviations.
• Communicating with internal and external parties to ensure seamless execution.

• Proven experience managing large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong communication skills.
