Proven global sales leadership track record, ideally with full revenue or P&L responsibility in the maritime, shipbuilding, naval, satcom, or defense sectors.
Strong knowledge of automation, navigation, or integrated systems.
Demonstrated success in scaling international sales organizations and delivering sustained revenue and margin growth.
Expertise in complex solution sales, long-cycle projects, and recurring service/aftersales models.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian (preferred), German, Dutch, Danish, or Norwegian advantageous.
High travel flexibility and cultural adaptability.
NATO-born citizenship and eligibility for security clearance required.
