Join a globally recognized yacht service center located in the South of France, known for its stunning Mediterranean coastline and vibrant maritime community. As Onboard Foreman, you will work closely under the guidance of the Project Manager and be responsible for the efficient coordination and smooth execution of on-site operations. You will act as the primary interface between project teams and onboard personnel, ensuring all activities meet HSE and quality standards.

  • Coordinating and organizing activities on-site for superyacht refit and maintenance projects.
  • Welcoming operators and ensuring the work environment meets operational standards.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients during onboard operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE and quality procedures.
  • Anticipating and organizing logistical requirements.
  • Supporting smooth project execution in coordination with various departments.

Functie eisen


  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the maritime or yacht industry.
  • Operational knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: mechanical, boilermaking, electrical, painting, carpentry, composite.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical.
  • Strong adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
  • Genuine passion for yachting and the maritime industry.
