Collaborate and Lead on Site

  • Coordinate with shipyards, subcontractors, and client representatives.

  • Work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary commissioning team.

  • Ensure all systems are tested safely, efficiently, and to the client’s satisfaction.


Test, Validate, and Deliver Excellence

  • Verify the functionality and integrity of onboard electrical installations.

  • Commission and fine-tune systems according to technical specifications.

  • Perform functional and I/O testing (FAT, HAT, SAT) following established protocols.

  • Identify and resolve technical faults, applying analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Implement modifications and updates to installations or control systems.

  • Record test results, maintain documentation, and manage revision drawings.

  • Conduct final inspections prior to system handover.



Functie eisen

  • MBO level 4 or higher diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Relevant experience with electrical installations or automation systems, preferably in maritime or offshore environments.

  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex systems.

  • Excellent communication skills and a structured, proactive work approach.

  • Good command of English (spoken and written); Dutch is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for commissioning and testing activities.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a high level of personal responsibility and independence.

Voorwaarden

  • Salary range: €3,000 – €4,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Overtime compensation in line with company policy.

  • 25 holiday days and 13 ADV days per year.
