As an Electrical Engineer with a renowned naval shipbuilding company, you'll help shape the future of European naval defense by designing cutting-edge warships that set global standards. Your expertise will contribute to the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch, of military grade ships, ensuring they operate effectively under the most demanding conditions.

On a typical day, you'll design and document complex electrical systems aboard advanced naval vessels, including power distribution and lighting. You'll create specifications for components and oversee the installation processes. Additionally, you'll draft validation and test plans, collaborate with subcontractors and vendors, and integrate third-party designs into comprehensive vessel systems.

Functie eisen

  • EU citizenship (due to the military nature of the projects)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design for large-scale systems (preferably maritime, offshore, or aerospace)
  • Expertise in high-capacity power distribution and EMC-compliant systems; knowledge of TEMPEST regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (WO- or HBO-Bachelor/Master)
  • Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) under the V-model
  • Strong background in working within multi-disciplinary, international project teams
  • Clean security record and professional references
