Work on highly complex and unique maritime projects such as submarines, FPSO conversions, and advanced system integrations.
Develop technical specifications and complete ship designs from concept to basic design.
Perform key naval architecture calculations: Stability, Speed–power and resistance, Weight management, Hydro-structural analyses.
Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models.
Participate in practical onboard activities including: Inclining tests, Deadweight surveys, Laser scanning.
Contribute to projects across diverse vessel types: submarines, frigates, naval ships, floating offshore energy platforms, and special vessels.
Work within all project phases: feasibility studies, full design and engineering, and site supervision.
Functie eisen
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Engineering or Naval Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- EU citizenship is required for this position
- Expertise in concept and basic design of maritime projects
- Proficiency in stability, speed-power, and hydro-structural calculations
- Strong 2D and 3D design skills
- Ability to manage large, complex projects
- Up-to-date with latest industry developments
