Service Engineer - Yacht Systems

Take ownership of ; 

• Diagnosing, revising and repairing complex electrical installations on board superyachts and passenger vessels, ensuring systems operate safely and reliably under demanding conditions.

• Preparing work documentation, technical drawings and detailed planning packages that enable smooth execution of service interventions, refits and troubleshooting activities.

• Assessing and updating technical specifications, identifying the root cause of issues and advising project managers or work planners on required modifications or improvements.

• Documenting each service visit with clear, accurate reporting, capturing fault analyses, performed activities, material usage and recommendations for follow-up work.

• Carrying out on-site service assignments across Europe and occasionally beyond, supporting clients directly and representing the organisation with a professional and solution-driven approach.

• Secondary vocational education level 4 (mbo) in Electrical Engineering or Service and Maintenance.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar service role within a maritime environment.

• Knowledge of assembly techniques, instrumentation and reading technical drawings.

• Able to work independently while functioning well within a team.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Customer-oriented with a proactive work approach.

• Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
