Taken

  • Document and oversee customer requirements using the Requirements Management tool (DOORS).
  • Ensure the establishment of unchanging requirement baselines and traceable modifications.
  • Break down and analyze requirements, creating clear functional and non-functional specifications for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with project engineers to resolve conflicting requirements and ensure understanding and fulfillment.
  • Organize functional and non-functional requirements for internal development or outsourcing/subcontracting.
  • Actively oversee the development process, making sure requirements are well-known and accurately documented.
  • Produce and share status reports (dashboards) on requirements with internal stakeholders throughout the design and development phases.
  • Oversee requirement traceability and conduct systems verification activities to ensure compliance.

Functie eisen

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles, including experience in Requirements Management; bonus points for familiarity with DOORS.
  • Comfort with System Engineering processes, including deriving requirements based on operational scenarios.
  • Effectively coordinate and manage technical/requirement engineering activities, providing clear reports on planning, progress, and potential issues.
  • EU citizenship!

  • Depending on your experience, an annual gross salary up to € 63.000 per year.
