Lead a High-Performance Global Sales Organization
Build and professionalize a commercially driven, metrics based sales organization across Europe and the America's
Establish performance management, incentive, and KPI structures that reinforce accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
Champion data-driven decision making and CRM discipline, ensuring reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Drive Revenue, Margin, and Governance
Deliver sustainable order intake growth, margin expansion, and cash flow improvement.
Introduce and enforce pricing governance, contract discipline, and value-based selling practices across product and service lines.
Balance short-term order intake with long-term portfolio positioning and recurring revenue development.
Strengthen Customer & Market Leadership
Act as the company’s senior commercial ambassador with key global accounts, shipyards, system integrators, and operators.
Anticipate market trends, customer priorities, and technology needs; convert these into actionable sales and partnership strategies.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D to steer innovation pipelines toward market demand and profitability.
Executive Leadership & Enterprise Value Creation
Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Executive Team to drive profitable growth, disciplined governance, and enterprise scalability.
Contribute directly to value creation initiatives including commercial excellence, process standardization, and service revenue optimization.
Serve as a cultural role model, balancing entrepreneurial agility with the rigor and governance expected in a private-equity environment.
Proven record of international sales leadership with full revenue or P&L responsibility in maritime, shipbuilding, naval, or defense sectors.
Demonstrated capability to scale global sales organizations, introduce sales governance frameworks, and deliver sustained revenue and EBITDA growth.
Experience in pricing strategy, forecasting accuracy, and commercial performance management within complex technical environments.
Familiarity with automation, navigation, control, or integrated systems is strongly preferred.
Track record in post-acquisition or transformation environments (e.g., carve-outs, PE-backed integrations) advantageous.
Fluent in English; Italian preferred. Additional languages (German, Dutch, Danish, or Norwegian) beneficial.
High travel flexibility and cultural adaptability.
NATO-nation citizenship and eligibility for security clearance required.
