Naval Architecture, Mechanical EquipmentThis is a great opportunity to be part of one of the largest German shipbuilding powerhouses in Northwest Germany. We are closely working with our client to urgently recruit for Sqare Parts & Technical Documentation Specialist
As part of the Spare Parts & Technical Documentation Team you will be working within a team that is responsible for delivering all technical documentation to the owners upon delivery. This include manuals for all systems and spare parts lists. It consists of different types both digitally and in writing.

Tasks
- Overseeing and managing technical documents through our document management system
- Actively participating in customer projects and collaborating closely with departments and project managers
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents to our customers
- Monitoring deadlines and addressing any open issues
- Conducting formal reviews of documents to ensure compliance with specifications
- Communicating relevant information and comments both internally and externally
- Managing the entire documentation process
- Providing administration and user support for our document management system
- Coordinating the compilation and production of technical end documentation for customers, and overseeing the entire process until shipment readiness
- Continuously improving work processes and systems
Job requirements
- Having accomplished a technical or commercial education
- Showing eagerness to collaborate in project teams, facilitated by excellent communication abilities
- Preferably possessing some prior experience in document management and control
- Fluent German and English
- EU Citizsenhip or German Blue Card
