We are closely partnering with one of our long-standing clients based in Hamburg to engage with professionals in the industry who could potentially be their next Commissioning and Testfield Manager. The position can be based in Hamburg or Rostock, Germany.

Aufgaben
As a Commissioning and Testfield Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing, leading and optimization of the test field and commissioning with regard to processes, interfaces, deliverable tasks, and technologies.
- Promotion of cooperation within adjacent departments and project organizations, design of interfaces is also paramount.
- Personnel management and development related to continuous capacity optimization.
- Activity in the test field, delivery to the customer and quality control.
- Reporting and project controlling
The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of a highly skilled, motivated and supportive team with diverse expertise.
Anforderungen
Requirements for the position
- Solid experience in the test field and/or commissioning
- Strong electrical background
- Well-founded system knowledge of low voltage switchboards
- Customer contact experience
- Leadership skills
- High willingness to travel (about 50 % of working time)
- Experience dealing with complex projects ideally within shipbuilding
