Handle compensation & benefits matters
• Administer Jubilee and Retirement payments and accrual
• Administer and follow up on all employee benefits
• Prepare purchase order and follow up on compensation and benefits related costs
• Provide employer statements
• Be the focal point for public transport cards
• Maintain and advise on the employee manual for NL entities

 

Illness and Insurances
• Be the focal point for any questions related to medical coverage
• Be the focal point for any questions related to employee insurances
• Advice on contract renewals for employee insurances
• Administer claim refund from insurance companies and work accidents declarations

Administer time & attendance topics
• Ensure leave administration is aligned with Time Registration
• Ensure all holidays/R&R accruals are maintained up to date in the leave Administration
• Act as Lucy (SAP Succesfactors) Admin for Time Off and Time On
• Provide related leave reporting

 

Manage retirement matters
• Provide information to employees about pension, and issue simulations
• Administer pension administration and check monthly invoices
• Maintain regular contact with pension company

 

Issue HR reporting
• Assist on providing the NL HR Directors and HR Managers , Works Council their monthly,   
  quarterly and ad hoc HR reports;
• Assist on providing all applicable Finance departments their monthly, quarterly and ad hoc costs   
  reports including quarterly provisions such as holidays, jubilee awards, retirement premium.

  Provide support and be back-up to the Payroll team when necessary

 

In this role, you will report to the Supervisor Payroll. The role is based in our Schiedam Office with flexibility to work from home.

 

You offer

• Experience in the HR field, specialisation in Payroll or Compensation & benefits matters is a plus.
• Good level in English.
• Good level in Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP Succesfactors is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of payroll process is a plus.
• Proactive approach.
