We are looking for an Interior Project Manager to join an esteemed yacht design studio in Hilversum. The company combines technical engineering with refined style to create world-class yacht interiors. Projects undertaken by this company are of the highest quality, so we are looking for someone with a high degree of professionalism and plenty of experience.

Aufgaben

  • Responsible for project design development and implementation process, based on agreements made relating to time, budget, performance, quality, and legal aspects,
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders (clients, client reps, other project managers, suppliers, consultants, shipyard etc.),
  • Ensure required information is transferred to the correct parties,
  • Enhance and improve design characteristics according to external input and contracts, when necessary,
  • Ensure conformity to rules and regulations,
  • Oversee deliverables, client approvals and the necessary administration thereof,
  • Retain tight control on craftsmanship, detail design, mock-ups, consultant expertise, overall quality and other aspects according to contract during development and build.

Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in architecture or engineering,
  • Professional experience as project manager or design manager in the yacht industry,
  • Senior level professional experience as architect / designer in the yacht industry,
  • Superior knowledge of sources, suppliers, manufacturers, production technology and materials for yachts,
  • Exceptional organisational skills,
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch would be an added bonus,
  • Skilled in using Adobe, MS Office, AutoCAD, and Rhino,
  • People-person with a can-do mentality,
  • EU citizenship and willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
