Aufgaben
As Senior Ship Electrics Integration Manager, your key accountabilities include:
- Leading independently the project from concept to delivery by focusing on own engineering area
- Design & integration of e-technology including technical specs, calculations, quotations, optimization of system’s architecture
- Leading a project team and addressing technical challenges in the project
- Leading the communication with external stakeholders including suppliers, service partners, client interfaces and travel to locations depending on the project’s needs
- Holding technical responsibility in terms of content and suggest innovative solutions & strategies that reduce the technical risk of the project
- Responsibility of budget for the integration of suppliers and/or services
Anforderungen
To be successful in this role, you must have/be a :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in integration of electrical systems on ships, naval vessels a big plus
- Experience in Project Management with strong coordination skills
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, SAP, etc.
- Team player, communicative, and a problem-solver
- Fluent in English and German (minimum B1/B2 level; German skills on a native level a big plus)
- Flexible and willing to travel
- Proficiency in IT applications on ships is a plus
- EU citizenship or already working in Germany
- Living or able to relocate to Hamburg Area
