Aufgaben
- Plan and coordinate yacht refit and maintenance projects.
- Manage schedules, budgets, labour hours and material costs.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, clients and relevant authorities.
- Monitor progress and resolve potential delays or technical issues.
- Maintain daily contact with clients regarding progress and changes.
- Ensure additional work is documented and correctly invoiced.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and overall project quality.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or similar.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within a shipyard.
- Experience in yacht refit, maintenance or new-build projects preferred.
- Strong planning, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.
- Professional command of English.
