Job description:In this full-time position, you are the RIGHT HAND OF THE CEO. The CEO's portfolio includes Sales and Business Development. In this position, you will mainly support the CEO in setting up and developing the new activities in China. As a sales engineer you independently perform all common activities, and you work efficiently and effectively. WorkThe independent collection and management of information;Compiling product information for the execution of the work, including the elaboration of working drawings, plan of approach and / or specifications;Preparing project purchases;Monitoring the quality of our own engineering and drawing work;Identifying technical problems and bottlenecks and solving them in consultation;Independently solving technical issues for our Chinese customers;All kinds of ad hoc activities to support the CEO and management.Organizing and taking minutes of meetings abroad CompetencesAccurate;Analytical ability;Innovative;Working together;Loyal.Professional and flexible ;No 9-5 mentality;Strong communication skillsSets the right priorities; Training requirements and skillsMBO/HBO work and thinking level;A (maritime) technical training:Good command of the Chinese and Dutch and/or English language in word and writing;Knowledge of the application of relevant applications and automation packages, including MS office and AutoCad;Maritime (preferably yacht building) knowledge and experience;Preferably at least 2 years of experience, but we would also like to invite starters to respond.
