In this position you are responsible for the work preparation of 1 or more projects on the site and you support Project Manager(s). Your location can be determined in consultation (head office Zaandam, Alblasserdam or Makkum).

Aufgaben

In this independent position you prepare all the technical and administrative activities, and you organize and coordinate these activities for the efficient implementation of the projects;
• You are responsible for ordering components on time and monitoring delivery times. If necessary, you provide suitable alternatives; (buyer)
• You prepare documentation packages for internal production or on-board implementation, with the associated timely presence of the set of required materials;
• You are the point of contact for internal production and implementation with regard to material deliveries and package documentation;
• You take care of the logistics process and (international) transport(s) which are requested from the projects from start to finish; (expeditor)
• You are responsible for administering, organizing, monitoring, documenting and reporting on the progress and project results of the ongoing projects within your cluster;
• You assist the Project Managers in making calculations and quotations. (cost estimator)

Anforderungen

• You have an MBO work and thinking level, in the direction of Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• You have work experience in a similar position (this is an advantage);
• You have good communication, commercial and organizational skills;
• You have a proactive approach and good analytical skills;
• You master the Microsoft Office packages and experience with AutoCAD and/or EPLAN is an advantage;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
