Aufgaben
- Responsibility for defined machinery and plant systems within challenging naval projects
- Development and implementation of technical solutions, taking into account functionality, quality, budget and deadlines
- Management of assemblies throughout all project phases – from design through to production support
- Coordination of interfaces between design, manufacturing and other specialist departments
- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation such as specifications, bills of materials and system documentation
- Integration of the systems under your responsibility into the overall planning and the 3D model
- Technical coordination with customers, suppliers and other project stakeholders
Anforderungen
- A degree in marine engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical discipline; alternatively, further training as a technician with relevant professional experience
- Several years’ experience in technical project management or the design of complex machinery and plant systems, ideally in shipbuilding or the marine sector
- Proficiency in dealing with technical regulations and the requirements of complex development projects
- Experience with CAD and PLM systems, such as AutoCAD, Teamcenter or CADMATIC, is an advantage
- A structured and independent approach to work, combined with strong communication and coordination skills
- Good command of English and a willingness to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams
