Electrical Systems Engineer – Superyachts

As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and integrating complex electrical and automation systems for luxury superyachts. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will translate functional requirements into practical engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with classification society standards and customer specifications.

Aufgaben

  • Develop the system architecture for complex onboard electrical and automation systems.
  • Integrate power management, propulsion control, navigation & communication, bridge automation, and yacht automation systems.
  • Translate customer and project requirements into practical engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, production, commissioning, and service departments.
  • Ensure compliance with classification society regulations and customer specifications.
  • Support the successful delivery of high-end superyacht projects.

Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Electrical Engineering 
  • Extensive experience with engineering complex electrical installations, within the maritime industry.
  • Experience with system integration, power generation, electrical distribution, and control systems.
  • Knowledge of EPLAN and classification society requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
