To strengthen a challenging maritime Defence project environment, we are looking for an experienced ILS Manager (m/f/x). In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and further development of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, ensuring the long-term availability, maintainability and supportability of complex technical systems. A particular focus of the role is the further development of the ILS function: you will actively contribute to building structures, processes and standards, giving you the opportunity to shape the future ILS environment and make a lasting impact.

Aufgaben

  • Responsibility for ILS management within complex maritime projects
  • Development and implementation of ILS and Life Cycle Support concepts
  • Active contribution to the development and continuous improvement of ILS structures, processes and standards
  • Execution and coordination of logistics analyses such as LSA, FMECA and LCC
  • Development of maintenance, spare parts and supply concepts
  • Coordination of obsolescence management activities
  • Collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments
  • Continuous improvement of logistics processes and methods

Anforderungen

  • Completed technical degree, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) or Integrated Product Support (IPS)
  • Experience in shipbuilding, Defence, aerospace or a comparable technically demanding industry
  • Experience with relevant ASD standards, such as S1000D, S2000M or S3000L, as well as knowledge of relevant ILS/LSA standards such as MIL-STD-1388 or DEF STAN 00-60
  • Ability to further develop existing ILS structures and establish new processes and concepts
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
