Aufgaben
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate subcontractors and installation teams on board newbuild vessels
- Supervise HVAC, piping, ventilation, electrical and insulation works
- Monitor installation progress, quality, costs and deadlines
- Manage technical documentation, inspections, safety and additional works
- Coordinate with shipyard teams, suppliers and classification societies

Anforderungen
Your profile:
- Technical vocational training or engineering background
- Practical experience in shipbuilding, installation coordination or site supervision
- Good understanding of technical drawings and installation processes
- Good German and English communication skills
- Structured, hands-on approach and strong coordination skills
