Aufgaben
- Plan and support the execution of offshore transport and installation activities for large-scale structures
- Perform and review calculations related to lifting, rigging, transport, and offshore installation
- Develop installation methodologies, engineering documentation, and technical concepts
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and safe project delivery
- Contribute to risk assessments, method statements, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical expertise throughout project phases
- Support offshore campaign preparation and, where applicable, involvement during execution
Anforderungen
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience in offshore T&I, heavy lifting, or similar engineering environments
- Junior candidates with a strong passion and a clear motivation to develop in this field are also encouraged to apply
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively within international and multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent English is required; German language skills are strongly preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Northern Germany
- Eligibility to work in EU is required
