We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with company project management procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional with a passion for the yachting or maritime industry.

Aufgaben

  • Manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality, budget, deadlines, and profitability are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project management procedures and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, trusted relationships.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, providing regular progress updates to management and customers.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and change requests.
  • Resolve project issues and facilitate effective decision-making among stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office.

Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the yachting, marine, or refit industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Passion for boating, yachting, or the maritime industry is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the Mediterranean region and internationally when required.
