Aufgaben
- Develop functional technical specifications for suppliers and subcontractors based on customer and design requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications for joinery works in accommodation and technical spaces.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams on material and supplier selection.
- Support quality inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Provide technical support to production teams and resolve engineering issues.
- Maintain documentation of technical specifications, design changes, and project progress.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration of joinery works with other ship systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality requirements.
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in technical specifications and maritime joinery engineering.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, construction techniques, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software for technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience interpreting complex engineering data and solving technical challenges.
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken; German is a significant advantage.
- Complete a pre-assignment security screening.
