Tasks
- Supervise the entire process of the project from start to finish, from engineering to final delivery.
- Work closely with the project team members, such as the project engineer, production manager, executor, planner, and calculator.
- Ensure maximum performance of individual project team members by promoting good cooperation, motivating, stimulating, coaching, and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Proactively use the knowledge and experience available within the project team and the organization through early, often multidisciplinary consultations with team members and specialists.
- Responsible for drawing up, updating, communicating, and monitoring the project plan, the project guidelines, and all other documents required for the realization of the project.
- Ensure good financial management, monitoring costs and hours, and identifying more-or-less work, deviations, and taking measures for adjustment and ensuring correct handling to the client, together with the calculator/budget guard.
- Report to the Director of Projects.
Job requirements
- BSc or MSc in a technical or business direction;
- +5 years of relevant work experience within yacht building;
- Strong analytical skills expected to determine the right direction, result-oriented;
- Excellent command of English language;
- EU citizenship
