Team Leader Site Engineering (Exterior)

• You ensure that the delivered production engineering meets the set functional specifications, within the applicable specifications and quality standards.
• You ensure that the work meets the needs of production as closely as possible and that it fits well within the overall engineering of the project.
• You lead a group of Detail Engineers and Work Planners in the field of Exterior. 
• You coordinate work processes, giving instructions and checking the work delivered. Through your coaching style of leadership, you know how to take your team to a higher level.
• You manage the development of your team and ensure that their knowledge and skills are optimally available and deployed. As a Team Leader you are responsible for the accuracy and output of your team.
• Implementation and planning of work.

Bachelor or higher in Shipbuilding / Engineering 

+7 years of relevant work experience as a manager, within the production process or engineering

Good command of the English language in writing and in speech

Communicative, motivating, result oriented, flexible

EU citizenship
