Based in the Netherlands and serving a global relations, our client is a specialist supplier of elevator solutions and specially engineered products to the (super)yachting, offshore, residential and commercial sectors.

Tasks

As Sr. Engineer you will be challenged to combine your creativity and technical knowledge with the ultimate goal of a detailed 3D Inventor design and more importantly a satisfied customer. As Sr. Engineer/constructor you will work in a team and support the project managers with an engineering package as correct and detailed as possible, including the corresponding supporting documents.

Due to an increasing order package we are looking for reinforcement of the engineering department. It is a diverse position with growth opportunities.

Job requirements

What we expect from you:

Team player 

  • Flexible attitude, inventive and hands-on mentality;
  • Good proven knowledge of 3D engineering using Inventor;
  • 2D working out to customer, production and installation drawings;
  • Reviewing design to regulations together with department head and project leader;
  • Drawing up BOM lists;
  • Maintaining CRM system;
  • Elaborating or completing manuals;
  • Entry control of purchased goods;

Additionally:

  • Intermediate- or BSc. mechanical engineering or equivalent;
  • Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of shipbuilding or mechanical engineering is a plus, but not necessary;
  • Autocad is an advantage;
  • Microsoft CRM is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the Dutch or German language is a plus;
